We start with the second part of the history of the Lamborghini V8 wanted to share with you. This is the second chapter, I first told the story of Lamborghini Urraco. In this episode I will comment on a curious prototype that emerged around the year 1974.
The year was 1974 in November was to take place in Turin Salon Lamborghini and had to take something to such an important appointment. So Marcello Gandini went to work and created the Bravo. An idea as it should be Urraco replacement.
The name refers to Bravo raging bull. This name was a return to the bullfighting-related names lost with the Countach, car that took many of its lines of this unique concept.
The Bravo was a true mid-engine two-eater, with a 3-liter V8 already seen in the Urraco, but in the case of Bravo generated and 300 horses. Those 300 horses moved the rear wheels causing an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 7.3 seconds and a top speed of 275 km / h. Quite an achievement in 74.
However, the replacement would Silhoute Urraco, something very different to that which I recount in the next chapter.

From a country that has excelled in the automotive world (mainly because it had been under the Soviet yoke for several decades) comes Arrinera a super sports car that comes for a place in the Olympus of the reserved car Lamborghini company.
Some data that hinted at the home of this car manufacturer recently suggest that the Arrinera to be mounted on a tubular steel chassis and a carbon body and carbon fiber Kevlar, aluminum accents and upholstered premium leather.
Also there is speculation that some of the equipment of this car can include large diameter wheels in light alloy wrapped in ultra low profile tires 255/30 R19 front and 335/30 R20 at the rear. Add to that the braking power of ceramic discs and we have more than one in Italy looking worried.
As for the engine, there are rumors that a central engine installed 6.2-liter V8 with four compressors Eaton, who produce about 650 hp and 809 Nm of torque.
Among the technological innovations made by this machine, we installed a thermal front that will detect any living thing on the road at a distance of 100 meters and display it on a screen LCD in the center of the dashboard. Prevention according to the power developed this car.

Buy an object for the simple fact that once belonged to a famous person does not make much sense, especially if it costs a bundle object. In some cases, even less sense, especially if the purchase is a relatively common car will depreciate over time.
The above is the supercar Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder by Jeremy Clarkson, and is on sale for $ 150,000. Clarkson has not said why he gets rid of his Lambo, but probably will not take too much less, since in his garage is still a Ford GT and a Mercedes CLK 63 AMG Black Series.
